No Bad Troops

January 1969: A treasonous ARVN colonel threatens the success of a joint US/South Vietnamese operation along the Cambodian border, its mission to protect Saigon from seizure by the North Vietnamese Army. 1LT Jif Miles is dead center in the colonel’s duplicitous schemes as the unit he commands fights for its life in one vicious battle after another with the NVA. It’s Jif’s first time working closely with the ARVN, and he’s coming to realize the soldiers themselves can be capable, determined fighters. But bad decisions—both political and tactical—by commanders on all sides of the conflict prove the old adage once again: There are no bad troops, only bad leaders.
